Our Mission

At TRANQUILITY N MOTION LLC, our mission is to empower our fellow veterans and community members by providing a foundation of independence through safe, dependable, respectful, and highly dependable non-medical transportation. Rooted in a legacy of advocacy and clinical excellence, we strive to enhance the well-being of every passenger, ensuring they are treated with the honor and tranquility they deserve at every mile of their journey. O

The Henry Advantage: Our "Dual-Force" Leadership

At TRANQUILITY N MOTION, we don’t just offer transportation; we provide a mission-driven experience led by a team that understands the weight of service.

Battle-Tested Logistics:

1. Led by Elex Gauthia Henry, BSM, CPLC (Chief of Operations): Leveraging 14 years of Army leadership and a 100% disability rating, Elex oversees strategic growth, contract compliance, and logistical optimization. He ensures that the "Soldier’s Creed" of reliability is met on every route.

2. "Time-on-Target" Reliability: Operations are treated as mission-critical, aiming for a 95%+ on-time performance rate to eliminate "transportation anxiety" for veterans.

3. Precision Execution: Military discipline is applied to every route, ensuring pickups and drop-offs are executed with exactness that civilian services often lack.

Combat-Grade Care:

1. Led by Tanisha Henry, BSN, CCRN (Chief of Clinical Standards): As a 70% disabled 8 years combat Army veteran and Critical Care Registered Nurse, Tanisha designs and audits all safety and patient-handling protocols. She ensures that our "Non-Medical" transport meets a "Clinical-Grade" standard of care.

2. Clinical Oversight: As a Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse, Tanisha ensures that rides are a seamless extension of medical care rather than a stressful obstacle.

3. "Fit for Service" Standards: Drivers (often fellow veterans) receive specialized training in trauma-informed care, PTSD/TBI sensitivity, and advanced body mechanics.

The Veteran-to-Veteran (V2V) Model

Built by Veterans, for Veterans.

We believe the best person to care for a hero is someone who has stood in their boots. Our V2V model is built on three core pillars:

1. The Unspoken Bond

There is an immediate level of trust and mutual respect between service members. We speak your language, understand your history, and eliminate the "explanation gap" often felt in civilian healthcare settings.

2. Trauma-Informed Sensitivity

Our team is specifically trained to navigate the complexities of service-connected conditions. From mitigating environmental triggers to understanding the nuances of PTSD and TBI, we ensure a calm, predictable, and supportive environment.

3. Dignity-First Advocacy

We provide "Door-through-Door" service. We don’t just drop you at the curb; we accompany you into your appointment, ensuring you are treated with the honor and respect you earned through your service.

The Mission Behind the Motion

As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), our signatures are our bond. We served our country in uniform, and now we serve our community in motion. Whether you are heading to the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center or a local clinic, the journey home to health starts with Tranquility.
